We just had all of our close friends up for our annual holiday celebration. Since all of our friends are spread out we meet annually here at Dutchies View and enjoy each others company eating and playing games. This year we had our first bonfire and it was a great sucess once I stepped in and showed them how a Boy Scout builds a fire :D We had a great time catching up and taking hikes with Dutchie and Daisy. Of course a few bottles of wine were sacrificed in the name of sanity. If you have never played a game called Catch Phrase an electronic version of sorts of charades.
Getting ready now for a sell out for Thanksgiving guests. Preparing all the goodies like pecan pie, sweet potatos, Turkey, Ham, and all the other trimmings. We will be making the trip out early in the morning to get all the good deals and be back before the guests arise to a hot breakfast.
